Who we are.
Hi-Desert Propane is a locally owned business that was started by four owners with over 50 years of experience in the propane industry. After working for two of the larger propane companies and seeing how customers had no options, the owners believed that there was an opportunity for a locally owned propane company to provide excellent prices while still maintaining top quality service. As a result, Hi-Desert Propane was formed. Our current customers include, but are not limited to, residential customers and commercial customers. We are currently serving the High Desert community of San Bernardino County and we are continually looking to expand as the opportunities present themselves.
1 Since the company's inception, it's been our mission to continually provide our customers with the BEST prices in the area accompanied by the excellent customer service required by our customers. While we are certainly not the largest propane company in the area, we are continually striving to be the BEST in the area through the relationships that we are continually building with our customers. Our mission is to ensure that we treat each customer as if they were part of our family. We strive to deliver not only propane, but complete customer satisfaction with our service driven attitudes. Every part of our business is modeled to meet customer service objectives. From contacting our customer service representatives (CSR's) to visiting with our delivery drivers, we're confident Hi-Desert Propane will exceed your expectations.
2 Hi-Desert Propane prides itself on being the low-price leader for propane products. We understand how important price is in today's economy and work very diligently to maintain this low-price position. The FIRST fill price is always a special low price. There is NEVER a hazmat fee and NO contracts! Our goal is quite simple: If we provide a quality product with outstanding customer service at the lowest competitive price, we have a customer for life. Additionally, there are NO hidden fees with Hi-Desert Propane.
